May be humour but also highlights the predudices that worked against Alisher Usmanov. The myth of the Americans are goodies, Russians are baddies predudice within the Arsenal hierachy, led them selling their shares to Stan Kroenke. Only David Dein saw the reality. Now the collecter of clubs Stan Kroenke has another ‘investment’ ruled by finacial doublespeak and even Arsene Wenger speaks the financial doublespeak. Kroenke does not ‘love’ Arsenal. Better a Sugar Daddy who loves us than a cold hearted parent who shows no love. So sad that Arsenal supporters ‘bought into’ the slurs against the Russian.
I couldn’t agree any more your 100% correct. At least Chelsea has an owner that cares about the club and wants them to be champions, they went from being a small club with no history to being Champions of Europe with some of the world’s best players and managers. Kroenke couldn’t give a damn if Arsenal fell out of top 4, it’s all about money for him, he’s employed a lier (Gazidis) and we are going from being London’s and one of Englands finest teams to mediocre will slowly Spurs catching us up. Few years ago not a single Spurs player would get in the Arsenal team, now Bale, Dembele, Walker, Lloris, Adebayor would all get in our squad.
